Structural Change in the Ownership of Coach Solutions

Coach Solutions announced a reorganizational shift within its parent company KONGSBERG. All maritime-focused businesses currently in Kongsberg Digital (KDI) will be integrated into Kongsberg Maritime (KM) as of Q1 2025.

The affected divisions include Maritime Simulation, Vessel Insight, Vessel Performance, K-Fleet, Interconsult Bulgari Ltd, and Coach Solutions.

This restructuring has no operational impact on customers or their day-to-day activities. Our team, products, and commitments remain unchanged.
